Delivery
Helium balloons / Hot air balloons product , delivery is only available within Klang Valley and will be made via courrier service by car . Your order will be delivered on your selected delivery date and time slot. However, please allow an extra window for time due to traffic condition and weather changes.
For same day delivery, your order will be send same day before 6pm .
For same day delivery product orders that came in after 2pm, we may not be able to proceed with it due to our service availability and time to prepare and will be send next working day , no refund allowed for same day delivery order . Most of our products are available for same day delivery, however, please do check on each product pages for more details. Pre-order items will be stated as such.

Shipping
We currently ship thermos bottle or makeup bag within Malaysia only. Once your order is successful and we have received your payment, we will ship on the next working day via Poslaju or J&T courier . You should receive your items between 3-5 working days for orders within Malaysia.
Shipping fee is RM10 to West Malaysia and RM12 to East Malaysia
